Cupcake Girl

Today i would like to share a kitsch card, a homage to the 50's diners that seem to be sprouting up every were on the south coast. Over the past 12 months to be lots of diners or ice cream parlors.Mr Charlie was 7 a few weeks ago and he wanted to go and have ice cream in a parlor just off the sea front. Charlie had an ice cream sundae and I had a tea and it was £12 .....

Materials used.
A5 white tent card
The image is girl cupcake by Bugaboo Digi Stamps.
The decorative papers were free in Card-making and Paper-craft magazine approx 2 years ago. Just perfect for this image.
Promarkers ivory, blush, oatmeal,tea green,grey green, duck egg, tea rose, antique pink,daffodil , pale yellow

Challenges entered
Stella says sketch challenge. Challenge #208 is a fab little sketch. I love bugaboo stamps so it would be rude not to join in. If you use one of their stamps you could win 3 stamps. Beautiful Dt inspiration too..
Catch the Bug  Challenge, Aprils Bingo challenge has lots of ideas to choice from. I chose bugaboo image, a boarder and a flower.

ABC Challenge. The letter is J and the theme is "just how i like it" I love cupcakes they are sweet gorgeous and moreish. I like using them on my cards as they are ageless. I am also a fan of retro, i like to get my family together and to make high tea. My youngest son had a tea dance for his 18th birthday party. Great sponsors too.
Fan-Tastic-Tuesday. Challenge #32 is as always anything goes. What i like about this challenge is they mean anything goes. You can rubber stamp, digi stamp, use CD-Roms, scrapbook etc, you craft it they welcome it. They are sponsored by Sparkle n Sprinkle. Beautiful inspiration from the team too, go on share the love.
