Polka Dot Celebration

I would like to share a card i made today. I fancied doing a bit of coloring. I find it very relaxing, and it is nice to have a few cards ready for when one of my gorgeous children say " Mum I need a card "

Cupcake Girl

Today i would like to share a kitsch card, a homage to the 50's diners that seem to be sprouting up every were on the south coast. Over the past 12 months to be lots of diners or ice cream parlors.Mr Charlie was 7 a few weeks ago and he wanted to go and have ice cream in a parlor just off the sea front. Charlie had an ice cream sundae and I had a tea and it was £12 .....

The decorative papers were free in Card-making and Paper-craft magazine approx 2 years ago. Just perfect for this image.

I am also a fan of retro, i like to get my family together and to make high tea. My youngest son had a tea dance for his 18th birthday party. Great sponsors too.

Glitter n Sparkle challenge #79 lace and pearls

Happy Sunday, it is wet and windy on the south coast today where has all that spring sunshine gone.It has been a hectic few days in Charlies nanny's house. Charlie was 7 on Thursday (how did that happen) and his mummy and new partner had a baby girl on Friday.He had a party bus party on his birthday and then there were trips to see Muppet's movie and bowling. Shattered Nanny has enjoyed spending time with him.
The card i would like to share is my DT card for Glitter n Sparkle. Today is the start of a new challenge #79 and the theme is lace and pearls.
