My GDT Card 4 Challenge #39 Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge Blog " Time to Retire "

I am a very lucky girl, I am a guest designer at Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge Blog for October. I love making male themed cards, I know quite a rare species amongst card makers. It is nice to make a card more simple without the bells and Whistles.The theme for challenge #39 is time to retire.
Materials List.
Image King for the day, by Mo's Digital Pencil, by Mo Manning.
Card Base. 2 white 6" card blanks to make a easel card, from Craftwork Cards.
Decorative Paper Imagination crafts, American crafts and my stash.
Solid Card Stock American Crafts
Dies Rosette Tim Holtz, Fancy square Go-Kreate, Alphabet and shadow Star by Quickutz, Putting green and golf club by Quickutz.
Coloring Medium Promarkers & Flexi markers. satin, oatmeal, cool grey 1, 2 , pear green, moss green, marsh green, warm grey 1, 2, 3, 4. blue grey 1, spice, honey comb, coco,and caramel.

Top 3 At Creative Card Crew.

Good morning, it is so hot here on the south coast, I feel like finding a shop with air conditioning and parking up for the day ! I have some lovely news to share today. my DIY card is in the top 3 at Creative Card Crew. Challenge #65 The theme was to make a masculine card, one for the men. What makes this even more special , is this card was my first GDT card for Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge Blog.

Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge #27 At The Beach

Hello, we are having sucht beautiful weather on the south coast gave me lots of inspiration for my second GDT card for Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge Blog. I did tell you how excited and honored to be guesting for them in July The theme for challenge #27 is at the beach. My Grandson Charlie loves to walk a long the sea front and watch the hovercraft and the Isle of Wright ferry.The card i have made today reminds me of him.

8" square Kraft card blank.

Decorative paper is Portabello Road by Papermania.
Solid card stock is American Crafts
Sentiment and icon ruber stamps free with a craft magazine some years ago.
Promarkers / flexmarker satin, ivory, blush, oatmeal, fawn, antique white, sandstone, caramel, grey blue 1.tea green, duck egg.

Creative Card Crew Challenge #66 that the theme Beach or beside the sea, or on the sea. I was very lucky to be chisen in their top 3 last week with my DIY card, pop over and take a peek and share the love.
Crafting Musketeers Challenge blog have the theme summer time. The sunny days we are having put us all in a good mood and we make nice happy summer themed cards.

Fairytale Challenge Blog. The theme for challenge #95 the theme is to make a card, with a child, with a child on your card or a card for a child, if i have confused you pop over and take a peek.
Sister Act Challenge Blog. The theme for challenge #65 has an anything goes. As the weather is so good its nice to make a fun summery card.
Graph'it Marker Color Crazy Blog. Challenge #27 has the theme of anything goes. I am still adding to my Graphit markers. I love the depth of the pigment in the pens. I especially like the grey tone. Some beautiful inspiration pop over and take a look at some very remarkable color techniques..
Natalie and Amy Craft Challenge Blog. Challenge #22 has the theme of summer time. They are offering a £15 gift voucher for the winner.
Scribbles Designs Challenge Blog. Challenge #19 has the the theme of Sea, Sand and Surf. I think they mean any thng to be with a day at the beach, water etc.

Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge #26 DIY ......

Hello, how are we today ? I am so excited to tell you i have been asked to join Cardz 4 Guyz as a guest designer for July ( doing a happy dance) My regular visitors now that i am quite strange, and I love to make cards for the men in my life, so this is a dream Gig. Challenge #26 has the theme of  DIY. This card is a homage to my Bob, who is my best friend, a loving dad and hard worker. BUT when it comes to painting and decorating he is a walking disaster. Do you remember when you could buy a tray of sold emulsion for painting ceilings back in the 80's. Bob slipped off the ladder and dumped the whole lot on the new sofa which he had not covered, while i was at work !

Polka dot paper American Crafts
Stamp set and sentiments are quite old, i think they were by Papermania, i bought years ago at The Paper Mill Shop
Dies, quickutz paint can and tool box
Spellbinder circle, and do-crafts urban circle.

Challenges I have entered into.
Graph'it Color Challenge. The theme for challenge #26 is any thing goes but you must use an Alcohol marker, they would like you to used Graph'it but you are welcome to use other brands.
Crafting By Design Challenge Blog. The theme this time is to use a die cut on your project.Were would we be if we did not have a die cutting machine, i know you can buy die cit shapes but not the same. My first machine was a Bigshot and i still love it 6 years on.
The paper shelter Challenge Blog. The theme for challenge #166 is to make a birthday card with a sentiment.
Crafty Sentiments Designs Challenge Blog. The theme this time is Anythings Goes, Pop and take a peek.
Creative Card Crew. Challenge #65 has the theme of  masculine,make a card or a project for a man or boy.
Fran-Tastic Tuesday. Challenge #43 is an anything goes theme. I like this challenge as they welcome all types of crafting, stamping, Digital, topper sheets and they welcome CD-Rom too.
